- Get ready a "comfortable lifestyle" retirement fund

- To develop a constant passive income, at least 60% of my monthly income
- 要设立一个稳定的被动收入，大约我的每月收入的60%

1 to 3 Years Plan 三年计划
- Learn Languages
- 学习外语
- Further Study: Certified Financial Planner Course
- 进修个人财务规划课程
2010 Plan 二零一零计划
- To complete mental arithmetic course
- 完成心算课程
- Improve communication skill, learn public speaking
- 改善沟通技巧，学习公共演讲
