今天终于有机会上课，

感到十分兴奋。

参加过无数的课程，

发现卡内基的不同之处是，

它不断提出问题让人反思！

进而反省，然后改良！

今天最大的收获是：

Self Esteem vs Self Actualisation

Self esteem is how you feel about yourself. 

Self-esteem: focus on our need for self-respect, and respect from others 

Self actualization is how you see yourself.

Self-actualization: This is the point where people become fully functional, 

acting purely on their own volition and having a healthy personality.

Grow Model = Goal >> Reality >> Options >> Will/Action
